News flash: medication is not curing anything.

I recently joined a Facebook group for PCOS women and 10x a day, someone is posting about being prescribed metformin, weight loss drugs, berberine, clomid, progesterone..

But little do they know, it cures nothing. They simply try to suppress the naggy symptoms of PCOS instead.

It’s no wonder these women are at their wits end. They are doing everything the doctor says, yet they aren’t getting the results they were promised.

I hear you and I see you.

You can’t out-supplement unstable blood sugar.

Which I think a lot of women are trying to do. We begin fixing symptoms instead of the root cause.

Which will lead to a lot of wasted money and time, meanwhile, the problem continues to get worse.

I see women chasing hormones, detoxes, protocols… while their body is still stressed.

Healing doesn’t start with doing MORE. You don’t need the next best thing. Or the trending health hacks.

You need one thing.

It starts with stabilizing what’s foundational.

I remember thinking, “Why are women so infertile?”

It seemed like 50% of the mom’s I cared for were IVF.

That felt strange to me.

Then the longer I stayed, the sicker I felt our patients were getting.

SO many women, that had to be treated during pregnancy because of complications. How did we used to do it back in the day without these things?

The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was when we started seeing an increase in third trimester losses.

I knew in that moment, something had to change.

I created this reset because I don’t want women thinking this is the end. Or the norm.

That this is all we will ever feel and our health will just continue to decline.

This is it.

FALSE. You’re not failing. And neither is your body.

You’re responding to stress.

And no one else is giving you the answers you need because it doesn’t show up in normal lab work.

So I am showing up for you, because you are deserving.

This work is about compassion. For fighting towards a better healthcare system.

I am not perfect and do not expect you to be either.

Just show up for yourself.

Hormones don’t work in isolation.

We think it is our hormones because we notice immediately when they are not balanced.

But the reality is they respond to how safe your body feels.

I’ll be the one that tells you skipping meals, running on fumes, not enough protein, not drinking enough water, poor gut health all lead to your body feeling unsafe.

And one of the fastest ways to create safety and fell better?

Stabilize blood sugar.

This is why “eating healthy” isn’t always enough. But timing, balance, and consistency matter.

You can eat as clean as you want, but until you learn how to eat, your body can’t regulate fully.

Instead, you get a false sense it’s working (until it’s not).

I created this reset because I want to stop women from suffering in silence.

I will never forget the panic, overwhelming moment I had when the doctors I trusted told me she had no answers.

That I would forever have acne, pelvic pain, exhaustion (yet insomnia), mood swings, and my cycle would never be regular again.

My mood at this point was so erratic that I would mad immediately, then tearful because I got so mad, then happy for a fleeting moment. All emotions within about 20 minutes. I had told my doctor that my mental health was in the drain because of this, yet all she offered me was birth control.

I was terrified what my future would look like because I was experiencing this at 30. And the more time that passed, the more symptoms I gained.

I felt like “this is all I will ever have and my health will just continue to decline. “

This is it. This impending doom.. that felt heavy.

But this is NOT true. You’re not failing. And neither is your body.

You’re responding to stress.

And unfortunately, no one else is able to give you the answers you need.

So I am showing up for you, because you are deserving.

This work is about compassion.

I am not perfect and do not expect you to be either.

Just show up for yourself. Be consistent. And continue making better choices than your normally would.

I used to think something was wrong with me.

I was approaching 30, yet every day was a new symptom.

And I kept being told that everything looked normal.

Even my labs and imaging were normal but I felt FAR from normal.

I was so discouraged when my doctor told me there was nothing else she could do but that my body would continue to fail me.

But I couldn’t sit by and just continue letting my life fall apart. My mental health was in th gutter already and I didn’t want to just accept that.

Looking back now, I know my body was just under-supported.

That realization changed how I live my life and is now the foundation of every one of my clients.

It’s the very first thing I teach my clients in our appointments.

It’s your body’s safety mechanism.

1. Your blood sugar is crashing (from a previous imbalance) so your body craves something salty/sweet so that you WILL eat and pick your blood sugar back up

2. You didn’t eat enough balanced calories throughout the day and your body is depleted. So, your body makes you want food.

It’s not you or your willpower.

It’s your body’s safety ropes. Are you listening? Or are you pushing it aside like your other symptoms?
