Today was an absolutely amazing day spent at "The Watershed," Boise's Climate + Water Education Center, offering free, interactive exhibits and outdoor activities to teach about the Boise River Watershed, water conservation, and climate change for all ages. Located at the West Boise Water Renewal Facility, it features hands-on displays, a nature play area, public art, and a LEED-certified building that demonstrates sustainable practices. Visitors can explore the journey of water from the mountains to the Snake River through exhibits and the River Campus, which includes a simulated river and a sewer pipe play area. Our residents learned so much and had a great time.
