Your A1C shows how well your blood sugars have been controlled, your blood pressure reflects how hard your heart is working, and your cholesterol levels help identify your risk for future complications. This Diabetes Month, make time to review these key numbers and connect with your care team about where they should be for you.

If you have heart or lung disease or conditions like anemia, check with your providers to make sure your travel plans are safe.
