I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH MY SPIRIT

We don’t always have the words for what we are feeling but it can often serve us to pause and listen anyway.

I’m an empath. This can sometimes sound “trendy” or “cliché” to announce but it’s true.

What’s also true about being an empath is that I’m very sensitive. So when there are moments of isolation it’s not always a bad thing. It’s actually to my benefit.

Sometimes distance can be to shield myself from harm that’s felt before it’s seen.

Sometimes isolation is simply that I need a season to myself to replenish my spirit.

In any case, LISTEN!

Cherish and listen to your spirit in the moment and intentionally through journaling and meditation.
