March is ending…and your body is probably feeling it!
Long days.
Cold weather habits.
More sitting. Less moving.
So before April starts, do this quick body reset:
✔️ 1. Sit better (yes, it matters)
Feet flat. Spine tall. Shoulders relaxed.
✔️ 2. Move every 60 minutes
Even a 2-minute walk counts.
✔️ 3. Open up your chest
You’ve been hunched all winter, time to reverse it.
✔️ 4. BREATHE deeper
Shallow breathing = tight neck & shoulders
Small daily habits = big changes in how your body feels
