As a non-profit, community mental health center and federally qualified health center in Northwest Indiana, our purpose is to provide affordable care to all people, regardless of age, income or circumstance. Whether you’re looking for an affordable family doctor, dentist, counselor, psychiatrist, addictions service or family social services, we’re here to help you. Indiana residents may qualify for fee assistance with our discounted fee scale based on income and family size. Our patient financial services team can help determine coverage and design a payment plan to fit your circumstances. If you're looking to enroll in Medicare, Medicaid, HIP, or marketplace insurance, our licensed insurance navigators can help you. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
