Dr. Susan Schneider brings with her a wealth of experience and skill. As a woman, she is uniquely suited to understand women’s needs and concerns, and is dedicated to her patients’ welfare. “Plastic surgery deals with more than sagging skin or problem thighs,” explains Dr. Schneider. “It’s about treating the whole person. Two major components of any successful procedure happen before I even step into an operating room: listening and educating. I listen very carefully to my patient’s desires, goals and fears. I next very thoroughly explain their options regarding procedures and realistic outcomes. By giving them straightforward facts, I hand them the tools with which to make good decisions. It’s my job to see that they get the honesty they want mixed with the compassion they need.”
