Not all red, itchy eyes are pink eye!

Here are some other common conditions that can mimic conjunctivitis' characteristic redness:
- Dry eye syndrome: A lack of moisture on the surface of the eye can cause irritation, redness, and a gritty feeling that can be confused with pink eye.
