🌷 Spring Into Movement! 🌷

As the weather warms up and the days get longer, spring is the perfect time to get outside and get moving again - but it’s important to ease back in safely.

Here are a few quick tips from your physical therapy team to help you stay active and injury-free this spring:

✅ Start slow and build gradually. Your body may need time to adjust after a less active winter.
✅ Warm up before activity. A few minutes of stretching or light movement helps prepare your muscles and joints.
✅ Listen to your body. Mild soreness can be normal, but sharp or persistent pain shouldn’t be ignored.
✅ Stay consistent. Short, regular activity is better than doing too much all at once.

If aches, pains, or injuries are holding you back from enjoying the season, physical therapy can help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities you love.
