🌷 Spring Into Movement! 🌷
As the weather warms up and the days get longer, spring is the perfect time to get outside and get moving again - but it’s important to ease back in safely.
Here are a few quick tips from your physical therapy team to help you stay active and injury-free this spring:
✅ Start slow and build gradually. Your body may need time to adjust after a less active winter.
✅ Warm up before activity. A few minutes of stretching or light movement helps prepare your muscles and joints.
✅ Listen to your body. Mild soreness can be normal, but sharp or persistent pain shouldn’t be ignored.
✅ Stay consistent. Short, regular activity is better than doing too much all at once.
