Clinician Spotlight🔦: Kayla LaMore, MS, CRC

On International Day of Awesomeness we’re thrilled to highlight Kayla Kroesch LaMore, MS, CRC, a clinician whose compassion and commitment shine through in everything she does—especially her work in maternal mental health.
Her supervisor Koree Anne shares:
“Kayla is known for her dedication, compassion, and tireless commitment to growth. She is always eager to learn and refine her skills; she brings both heart and expertise to the work she does with every client.”

Kayla’s newest blog, “Advocacy and Support for Maternal Mental Health,” explores meaningful ways to get involved—nationally and locally. From advocacy days and community walks to volunteer opportunities and support groups, she highlights the powerful impact collective care can have for mothers and families.

Outside the therapy room, Kayla loves playing video games, exploring Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, reading, hiking, and antiquing—interests that reflect her creativity and grounded approach to connection.

Kayla is accepting new clients, and if you’re a mother interested in our maternal mental health services, she’d love to connect with you.

You’ve probably heard the saying that you’re only as happy as your least happy child. But as a therapist, I see a powerful truth in the inverse: Our children thrive most when we are whole, too. ☕️

The "1 in 5" statistic isn’t just a number—it’s a reminder that mental health is a family journey. Taking care of your own mind isn't a distraction from parenting; it is a vital part of it.

While 1 in 5 Americans may need mental health services at any given time, the reality is that over 50% of us will face a mental health challenge at some point in our lives.

If this is your time, we want to help.

At Pillars of Wellness, we’re here for the big milestones and the quiet struggles. Whether it’s for you, your partner, or your little one, we’re ready to help you soar. 🕊️

Because at the end of the day, we all benefit from someone just wanting us to be okay.

Our Story

Pillars of Wellness was founded on an approach to mental health that appreciates the many facets of the human experience: mind-body-soul. We seek to focus on helping match clients and clinicians to improve overall clinical efficacy and client and clinician satisfaction.

We strive to let client-clinician goodness of fit drive the therapeutic process. By understanding personality, clinical style, and specialties, we hope to decrease clinician burnout and increase clinical efficacy. At Pillars we understand that our clinicians' wellbeing is clinically relevant!

At Pillars it is our passion to standout as an agency that not only cares for the clients we serve, but does so by supporting the clinicians that have decide to partner with us!
