Clinician Spotlight🔦: Ashley L. Wolke, MA, LMHC

Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and a graduate of Adler University’s Master’s Program in Counseling Psychology. With more than a decade of clinical experience, she has worked with clients across the lifespan and especially enjoys supporting teens and adults.

Ashley believes that traumatic experiences often serve as gateways to challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), TF-CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and emotional intelligence education, she helps clients explore how their personal narratives influence emotions, decisions, and worldview—while building greater psychological flexibility and self-understanding.

One colleague said of Ashley: “Ashley demonstrates a high level of clinical competence through her use of evidence-based practices with her clients and applies that same skill and professionalism in her role as a supervisor.”

When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys strategy games, listening to music, and adventuring—interests that mirror her curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for meaningful experiences.

Ashley also contributes to the Pillars blog. Her recent piece,
“Year-End Check-In: Building Tiny Habits for a Meaningful Life,” blends ACT principles with behavioral science to help readers build sustainable, values-aligned habits—one small step at a time! It's now available to read and apply to your yearly wrap-up! Stay tuned for tomorrow's part 2!

The holidays aren’t joyful for everyone—and that’s not a failure. This piece written by Jason Kniola, LMHCA reminds us that acceptance, compassion, and connection matter more than forced cheer.

Tis the season to be jolly, right? Well, yes…and no. There can be so much to be grateful for, that’s for sure.

Clinician Spotlight🔦: Meet Ashley Earle, LMHC — Director of Clinical Operations at Pillars of Wellness.

Ashley brings deep compassion, steady leadership, and intentional care into every corner of our organization. Ashley E. is the safe place for those who are creating safe spaces. Her care-filled, thoughtful support is felt throughout Pillars, from the clinicians she guides to the systems that quietly ensure clients receive seamless, ethical, and high-quality care. As our Director of Clinical Operations, she truly sits at the heart of operations — providing guidance, support, and curating smooth, connected experiences for clients, clinicians, and staff alike.

In her newest blog, “Supporting a Grieving Loved One During the Holidays: A Guide for Friends and Family” (Posted November 21, 2025), Ashley offers grounded, human insight into how presence, patience, and compassion matter more than perfect words — especially during a season that can intensify loss. Her writing reflects the same steadiness and empathy she brings to her leadership every day.

Outside of her work at Pillars, Ashley enjoys running and spending time immersed in live music and concerts — spaces that mirror her appreciation for connection, movement, and emotional expression.

One coworker said of Ashley:
"She is always using her superpowers to enrich the total work experience at Pillars. From championing the growth of her supervisees to covering every detail of our yearly 5k, she is extraordinary in action! I feel grateful to work alongside her."

We’re grateful for Ashley’s leadership, her voice, and her unwavering commitment to supporting both those who care and those who are being cared for.

Our Story

Pillars of Wellness was founded on an approach to mental health that appreciates the many facets of the human experience: mind-body-soul. We seek to focus on helping match clients and clinicians to improve overall clinical efficacy and client and clinician satisfaction.

We strive to let client-clinician goodness of fit drive the therapeutic process. By understanding personality, clinical style, and specialties, we hope to decrease clinician burnout and increase clinical efficacy. At Pillars we understand that our clinicians' wellbeing is clinically relevant!

At Pillars it is our passion to standout as an agency that not only cares for the clients we serve, but does so by supporting the clinicians that have decide to partner with us!
