To embrace this remote healing session:
* At 8:00 pm , sit or lie down in a quiet space undisturbed for approx. 20 minutes. Light a candle if you would like as fire is the energy of change and transmutation. Fire is the energy of transmuting our inner shadows into positive expressions.
* Close your eyes, take a few deep cleansing breaths to center yourself, set an intention for your healing (ie: May my mind, body & soul be divinely blessed), not required but may be helpful to keep your left hand relaxed with your palm upwards and your right hand on your heart space, and just be open to receive the healing energy.
* Embrace the energy flowing to you, dissolving any unwanted energy, cleansing and bringing your mind, body and spirit back into alignment and healing for your highest good. You may feel heat, body tingling, ringing of ears or you may feel nothing at all and that is OK but does not mean the energy was not reaching you. Energy Healing is the power of Intention.
* After approx. 20 minutes, breath out, s***f out your candle and feel the rejuvenation of your balanced well being.
