Wintering Within: Daylong Hygge Away Retreat for Breathers and Soul Seekers
Where: Apollo Sunrise, Merrimac, MA

Time: 10:30-5 pm

A one-day retreat to slow down, rest, reflect, and gather strength for the season ahead.

During this special one day retreat and reset, we’ll gather together with the goal of ‘wintering’ or rather, intentionally slowing down and creating space for rest and reflection. The process of wintering invites you to find balance between solitude and connection - while gathering strength for the future.

Together, we’ll learn about the concept of wintering and radical acceptance, whether that’s the actual cold, dark season or a season in your life. By navigating these challenging "dark seasons" mindfully, wintering can lead to increased resilience, wisdom, compassion, and a deeper capacity for joy.

This ‘wintering’ theme will be woven throughout the day, even in the nourishing food we will eat for lunch.

As we gather for the holiday season, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. We cannot believe it has already been ONE YEAR since Apollo Sunrise Center opened its doors, and what a journey it has been. We’ve traversed the highs and lows of launching a small business: from navigating three different booking platforms, to celebrating the success of our Grand Opening in January, hosting a fantastic Business Networking Mixer with the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and bringing the community together for our very first 2-Day Voices of the Valley Literary Festival!

Through it all, you; our clients, students, attendees, facilitators, instructors, practitioners, friends & family have shown up with enthusiasm, support, and heart. Because of you, Year 1 was a beautiful success.

We are planning something special in January to celebrate our first anniversary. Stay tuned for details!
