Alright friends… big life update! After 5 years of teaching at my alma mater, Spatech in North Andover, I’ve decided it’s time to “graduate” once again — this time back into focusing full-time on my business of 27 years, Utopia Wellness and Massage. Turns out I can only wear so many hats… and I’d like at least one of them to be comfy. 😄
I absolutely loved working with the students and team at Spatech, and I’m grateful for every moment there. But I’m really excited to pour more energy into my own practice again.
The good news: I’ll have more appointment availability (yes… finally!). I’ll also be teaching energy classes — for bodyworkers and for curious humans who just wander in off the street and think, “Hey, this sounds interesting.” And for those who’ve been asking… the guided meditation evenings with energy clearings are making a comeback! ✨
Thanks for all the support, encouragement, and love over the years — can’t wait to jump into this next chapter… preferably with comfy shoes and lots of good vibes 💜

Our trunks carry the strength built from trials and time.
Our branches stretch outward, reaching toward connection, growth, and possibility.
And our leaves—ever-changing—mirror the seasons of our lives.
Through calm skies and heavy storms, we are shaped, yet still we stand. May we remember that, like the tree, every season has its purpose, and every stage of growth holds its own quiet beauty.
