I did an Iridology reading on someone I know very well. She is chronically suffering from TMJ dysfunction and terrible neck pain to the point it gives her headaches. There is also an area of concern around her kidney which she has not noticed any problems with, yet anyway…but this will show her how she has to start NOW, at age 38, to head off any possible kidney related problems in the future. Hey everyone!! Get outside! Especially after this long, difficult winter, many of us were inside more than usual. Studies show that not only does the sun produce vitamin D (not really a vitamin but a hormone) on your skin, but there are receptors in the eyes and the gut that help improve your gut microbiome, which in turn improves your digestion, which in turn improves your overall health!!!
