Hey everyone!! Get outside! Especially after this long, difficult winter, many of us were inside more than usual. Studies show that not only does the sun produce vitamin D (not really a vitamin but a hormone) on your skin, but there are receptors in the eyes and the gut that help improve your gut microbiome, which in turn improves your digestion, which in turn improves your overall health!!!
