We’re adding participants to our interest list for our upcoming winter sessions beginning in January.

We will be offering:

💛 Loss of Adult Child

If you or someone you know could benefit from compassionate, guided support during a difficult time, we’re here to help.

🐾 Office visitor alert! Recently, Juniper has frequently brightened our day with her visits. She’s currently being fostered by a volunteer, and after spending time with her, we all agree — she’s a natural candidate for a pet therapy dog!

Her calm, loving presence reminds us just how powerful the comfort of a furry friend can be. We hope that pet therapy training is in her near future. 💛

Home Health & Hospice Care received a $3,000 grant from the Bishop's Charitable Assistance Fund to help us care for patients without insurance or resources and who need skilled hospice services at the Community Hospice House .

The Bishop's Charitable Assistance Fund makes grants to tax-exempt organizations without regard to religious affiliation for projects that help people in New Hampshire meet their basic needs. The fund is operated by the Bishop of Manchester and a volunteer board of lay men and women Directors who make recommendations to the bishop for grants to organizations in New Hampshire whose mission is consistent to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. The fund raises money through solicitation of individuals, businesses, and philanthropic organizations.

For Veterans Day, we’re proud to share a special video created by HHHC staff and volunteers to recognize and honor the brave men and women who have served our country. Copies of this video were delivered to 16 facility co-partners for the activities coordinators to use as a program for Veterans Day.
