Something in you has been buried.
A dream. A truth. A version of yourself you thought you'd lost somewhere between the doing and the surviving.
Easter carries one of the most profound invitations in human history — that death is not the end. That what appears gone can rise. That transformation, no matter how dark the passage, is always moving toward life.
And science is starting to catch up to what mystics have known for centuries.
The body holds grief in the fascia. Trauma lives in the nervous system. Shame calcifies in the chest. We don't just carry our stories in our minds — we carry them in our cells.
Which means resurrection? It's not just spiritual metaphor.
It's physiological possibility.
When we do the work — the breathwork, the somatic release, the stillness, the surrender — we are literally creating the conditions for something buried to rise. New neural pathways. Regulated nervous systems. A body that finally feels safe enough to let you be you.
This Easter, whatever has been lying dormant in you —
Let it stir.
You were not made to stay buried. You were made to rise — body, mind, and soul.
That's not just the Easter story. That's the soul-level story. 🕊️
Happy Easter!
