Meet Ritzy… Ritzy is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga through Sadhana Yoga School.

Her teaching style emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation with a special love for restorative yoga and the healing space it creates.

Her new Wednesday night class at 6:30 is Flow To Restore.

🎃 THIS SATURDAY // bring the kiddos over to the studio for our Halloween family fun yoga workshop with Aly Grgurovic!

👻 We’ll learn a spooky breath, move and explore our bodies in imaginative ways. Our yoga shapes will feature pumpkins, witches, bats, and Frankenstein, spiders and black cats.

✨ We’ll take a break and read a favorite kid’s Halloween story. This is followed by partner poses, where kids and adults work together to create fun and interesting combined shapes.

This is always a favorite time for the kids, as there is lots of movement and laughter, and it’s a great bonding experience!

To wind it all down, we’ll finish with a scavenger hunt around the studio. Everyone gets to take home a goodie bag.
