Drinking more water isn’t fixing your hydration.💦
I know that sounds backwards. But hear me out.
Your cells don’t absorb water just because it’s there. They have to create the pressure to pull it in. That job belongs to the sodium-potassium pump — and that pump runs on potassium.
No potassium? The pump stalls. Water stays in your blood. Your cells stay dry.
So you keep drinking. You keep peeing. And you still feel like garbage.
So what you need to know about is Osmolality! Yes, like “osmosis” it’s about where the water is drawn, where it’s needed.
Check the level of what you’re drinking. Does it make hydration go where it’s needed?
If not, ask me what DOES! 💦
