This is what fitness should look like.

Movement. Laughter. Challenge. Accountability.

Spring Rebuild starts February 25, and this is exactly the kind of environment we’re building — structured programming, sustainable intensity, and a group that supports each other.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” this is it.

We keep the groups small on purpose so coaching stays personal and intentional.

For Valentine’s Day, we’re offering a special incentive for anyone who commits today.

Text me directly at (321-417-1171) with your email and I’ll send you the full details right away.

Starts 2/25. Let’s build.

Earlier this month, Governor Ron DeSantis, First Lady Casey DeSantis, and State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo announced new food safety results as part of the Healthy Florida First initiative. Certified lab results detected glyphosate, a widely used agricultural pesticide, in several bread products.

We wrapped up our first Winter Reset series last night, and I couldn’t be more proud of this group.

Over the past several weeks, we intentionally layered functional fitness with functional health. We were building from posture, breathing, and core stability into mobility, endurance, integrated strength, and long-term movement patterns designed for longevity. Everything had a purpose. Everything was built on the last session.

But what stands out the most wasn’t the programming.

It was the ladies in this group.

For some of these women, this was their first time committing to a dedicated fitness program. They showed up. They stayed consistent. They pushed through discomfort. They grew.

They learned that fitness can be fun. We played games. We competed. We worked in partners. They learned that movements are modifiable, that strength looks different on everyone, and that comparison doesn’t build progress. Consistency does.

These ladies were supportive. Encouraging. Accountable. There was some competitive spirit and they were all striving to improve their own baseline.

My goal was simple. I wanted to help them leave feeling better than they came in. More confident. More aware. More capable.

I hope that they continue with us in two weeks for the Spring Rebuild or take what they’ve learned into a gym or their living room at home. Either way, they now have the tools and confidence to keep moving forward.

I’m incredibly proud of this group and grateful to have been their coach.

We’re starting the Spring Rebuild in two weeks with the first session on Wednesday, February 25. If you want to be part of the next group, comment “Rebuild” below or call the office and we’ll take care of the rest.

One thing that’s easy to overlook in group training is the community side of it.

People come in for the movement, but they usually stay because of the environment.

Everyone in this room is working at a different pace, with different strengths and limitations. But there’s a shared rhythm to it. People notice each other. They encourage each other without pressure. They realize they’re not the only ones figuring things out.

That kind of setting matters more than most people expect.

It makes showing up feel less intimidating.
It makes consistency easier.
And over time, it turns movement into something people actually look forward to instead of something they feel guilty about.

That’s been one of the most meaningful parts of this Winter Reset to watch.

One thing that people start to notice after a few sessions is that the workouts don’t all feel the same.

Some days there’s more movement, some days there’s more time to focus, but the pace stays comfortable so people can actually learn what they’re doing.

That’s been intentional in the Winter Reset series. We’re giving everyone space to build a solid foundation and get familiar with the movements before we layer more on later in following series.

Consistency matters more than just about anything else.

It’s not really about doing everything perfectly or pushing hard every time.

It’s about showing up, moving a little, and stacking those days together.

That’s usually when people start feeling better overall. Not just stronger, but more steady in their day-to-day life too.

🦋 January is Thyroid Awareness Month 🦋

Your thyroid may be small, but it plays a huge role in your overall health—impacting energy, metabolism, mood, weight, and hormone balance.

Many people live with thyroid dysfunction for years without clear answers. Fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, anxiety, or mood swings are often brushed off as “normal,” when your thyroid could be the missing piece.

At our practice, we take a root-cause, functional medicine approach—looking beyond basic labs to understand how your thyroid, hormones, gut health, and stress all work together.

✨ If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you don’t feel well, we should talk.

One thing I keep noticing in this group is how much more comfortable people look when they’re not rushing through the movements.

They slow things down, get a better feel for what they’re doing, and the strength starts to show up without it feeling overwhelming.

That’s really what this Winter Reset phase is about. It’s about getting comfortable before we ask for more.

01/12/2026

In our first Winter Reset series class, we were working some bodyweight squats. It’s always interesting how much better people feel once they slow them down.

It’s the same movement, just a little cleaner.

A lot of what we do in our functional fitness classes is really just that. We’re taking simple things and doing them a little better. This lets us safely build strength as we prepare for the next series.

We ran the first session of our new Winter Reset Series last night, and honestly, it was just really good!

It was relaxed, supportive, and exactly what we hoped it would be. People were moving at their own pace, asking questions, and feeling comfortable the entire time.

This series came from a lot of conversations we’ve had with patients who want to move more but don’t necessarily feel drawn to gyms, fast-paced classes, or just don’t know where to start.

We’ll be opening another group soon (starting February 25).

If you’re curious and want us to keep you in the loop when details are ready, just comment RESET and we’ll reach out.
