Recently, we shared a street outreach story about "Anna".

Today, we share a heartbreaking update.

A few weeks ago, when the church ladies gathered to pray with Anna, she asked if she could pray too.

Her words were raw and unfiltered.

Sincere.

Ache-filled.

Beautiful.

She asked the Lord to bless our team, and she prayed—oh, how she prayed—that Jesus would heal her from her addiction.

Last week, Anna died on the very streets that had been her home for so many years.

Our hearts are shattered.

When we began outreach to the strip clubs and the streets, we raised more than a few eyebrows.

People would ask, “What does this have to do with a pregnancy center?” or “Isn’t this mission drift?”

But how can it be mission drift when the gospel itself calls us to Go?

How is this outside our lane when Scripture commands us to speak up for those who have no voice?

How could we not go to the most vulnerable women in our community when God tells us to care for the orphans and widows—those overlooked, unseen, or standing at the edge of hope?

The women we meet in outreach are often single mothers. They are driven by desperation, surviving day by day, deeply vulnerable for the very services we offer.

Is it messy? Yes.
Is it heavy? Yes.

But it is holy ground.

So we go.
Every week to the streets.
Every month into the strip clubs.

We go to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We go to let women know about the services at Agape—yes—but even more, to tell them about the Agape love of their Creator, the One who sees them, knows them, and cherishes them.

Today, our outreach teams are stepping into five different clubs across Brevard County, carrying Thanksgiving bags and the hope of Christ.

Pray.
Pray for our teams.
Pray for the women we will serve.
Pray for hearts to be softened to the love that changes everything.

Our hearts overflow with gratitude for this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Agape Christmas Club Outreach | Help Us Bless Women in Need

Every year, Agape Women’s Center hosts our Christmas Club Outreach — a special holiday project where we collect meaningful, comforting gifts for women who may be vulnerable to the services we provide. These simple items become powerful tools of connection, reminding each woman that she is seen, valued, and not alone.

This outreach helps us gently open the door to relationships with moms facing unexpected pregnancies, financial hardship, isolation, or emotional stress during the holidays. A small gift can spark a conversation… and that conversation can lead a woman to the hope and support she desperately needs.
