Hey y’all. I’m really sad to say I decided to cancel class this week. Even if the rain lets up, the park’s probably going to be wet, cold, and not super friendly for yoga.

I’m extra bummed because this was supposed to be our last class before winter break. I’m going to miss y’all, but we’ll be back before you know it. In the meantime, I’ll share some resources and ideas for self-care to hold you over.
