I used to think love meant intensity.
Big feelings.
Big reactions.
Big emotional highs and lows.

But the deeper I listened to my body, the clearer it became:
✨Love doesn’t spike your anxiety.
✨It doesn’t keep you guessing.
✨It doesn’t ask you to override yourself.

Love looks like boundaries.
Like saying no without explaining.
Like choosing rest over proving.
Like walking away when something feels off — even if it looks good on the outside.

The moment I stopped chasing intensity,
I started choosing steadiness.
And everything softened.

Love didn’t disappear.
It finally felt safe.
