I love helping couples get unstuck. I can feel the frustration and desperation when a couple that loves eachother doesn't feel connected.

Over time resentment builds and partners take a firm stance that they are right and their partner is wrong. They try to win the fight.

Unfortunately no one wins. I help couples back off their defensive stance, take firce accountability for their own side, and meet their partner in the middle with compassion and grace.

Couples learn that they can only win together by treating their partner as the one in the fox hole with them not against them.

If you let you partner "take a turn" without defensiveness you then get to take a turn. The relationship can feel more even.

All relationships are in a state of harmony -> disharmony -> repair It's the natural state. Avoiding conflict or getting the relationship to where it never has any is a gail that just doesn't work. Learning how to repair after conflict allows relationships to thrive and create a solid foundation that can withstand life of life's terms.

Jackie is an Enneagram coach, experiential specialist, and shares alot of amazing content on IG.

We discussed the indagram relationships.
And and the intersections of the integram with other theories and therapy models like emotionally focused couples therapy, and of course, Internal Family Systems.

As an Enneagram #5, I was certainly impressed with her integration of many different models into her work. However, her passion for personal growth and compassion for others are truly gifts she uses for good.
