Collaborator's Corner: Tina Alexander, owner of IntegraLife is passionate about integrating nutrition, physical activity, adequate sleep, proper hydration, and stress management to help individuals achieve optimal health. She completed her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Mexico. Her dedication stems from a family history of diabetes and heart disease, which inspired her to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, earn a Certificate in Obesity and Weight Management, and become a Certified Trauma Specialist in Nutrition and Integrative Care.

At Integralife, Tina works compassionately with clients to address chronic disease management, weight management, weight loss resistance due to hormonal imbalances, and mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, through nutrition and lifestyle.

Meet our seasoned team for diabetes management. We have our nurse practitioner that can assist with all types of diabetes and very seasoned in type 1 management including insulin pumps and multiple daily injections. Alongside medical management we have a team of diabetes educators and pump trainers so we are able assist in all things diabetes. If you are already working with an Endocrinologist that is great, our educators are here to support you and your endocrinologist or medical practitioner in providing the necessary education to assist in support blood sugar control.

We are accepting new patients for our nurse practitioner in the state of Arizona. He is very seasoned in all types of diabetes and has raised two daughters with Type 1 diabetes. Very comfortable managing and starting insulin pumps and MDI support. If you are struggling to find support, contact us to get started.
