I am SO HAPPY to announce a couple of guest speakers for our upcoming Prenatal Yoga Series happening Monday evenings in September!

Please join me in welcoming the amazing Dena from One World Empowered and Dr. Kim from Thrive Pelvic Health! Both will be featured during our series as we discuss mental health and postpartum planning with Dena, and pelvic floor physical therapy with Dr. Kim.

Be sure to check out their profiles (and give them a follow) to see all the services they provide for families in Mesa and beyond!

Each provider will have an hour to share with you their wisdom, knowledge, and expertise. This series is so much more than “stretching.” If you or someone you know is looking for a class to help educate and empower them during their birth and postpartum, please share!

Peace Begins With Me.” We say this at the beginning of each Kids Yoga class and this week, we get to explore HOW.

How does “peace (in fact) begin with me?” How does it look? What actions do I take? What does this saying invite me to do?

We get to move our bodies, breathe deeply, read a beautiful book called “Peace Begins With You”, and craft peace flags from recycled grocery bags to hang in our homes, reminding us that peace starts right here, in our very own hearts.

Can’t wait to see you Friday morning Upward Light Healing and Yoga from 9:30-10:30am. All ages welcome!
