BIG development update for East Mesa 👇

Construction is underway at Medina Station on the southeast corner of Signal Butte and Southern — just south of the US-60.

Yes, Target is officially under construction.

The project will be anchored by Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods and will include restaurants like OHSO Brewery, Mission BBQ, Café Zupas, Hawaiian Bros, Handel’s Ice Cream, Five Guys, Einstein Bros. Bagels and more.

Behind the retail center will also be over 600 apartment units across two communities.

Expected completion: Summer 2026.

For residents in 85209, 85212, Eastmark, Augusta Ranch, and surrounding neighborhoods — this is one of the most significant retail developments we’ve seen in years.
