In 2015, Cosmos added the medical spa services of LaVida MedSpa and was rebranded as Cosmos Salon and Med Spa. Cosmos still offers the cutting edge, trendy hairstyles, nails, and facials, but added exciting new services such as Botox, Painless Laser Hair Removal and Facial Fillers and many other state of the art medical procedures designed to help everyone feel and look their best. In 2022, the medical spa side of Cosmos outgrew the rear spa and moved next door and became LaVida MedSpa of Mesa while Cosmos was rebranded as Cosmos Salon and Spa. Cosmos Salon continues to offer our custom hair services and our spa is now offering custom spray tanning, lash extensions, brow laminating and lash lifting. Cosmos lobby was expanded to allow access to both locations allowing for almost 6,000 square feet of beauty treatments under one roof!
