Our new Tempe Integrated Medical practice is looking for a fun energetic team player that desires to work in a team environment! You must be absolutely amazing on the phones. You must be able to multitask rapidly and efficiently! This is NOT a position to answer phones and take messages. You will be the first impression of our office and we will expect that you will learn and understand all of the treatments and services that our practice offers within the first few days. We also expect that you will be willing to promote the practice both inside and out by practicing what we teach by living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Previous medical and or health and wellness training is preferred. But we will always train the right fit

We offer an in house Medical Assistant training program where after one year of on the job training you will be able to sit for the Medical Assistant exam for certification at no cost to you.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30-6:30
Paid federal holidays.
Uniform: Black scrubs will be provided
Wages are $15-25/hr (depending on experience) which includes a weekly incentive bonus!
In office medical care for you and your immediate family.
Company Health plan offered.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Constant patient follow-up, via phone calls, text, email, social media.
Handle incoming tele-health video appointment requests and questions.
Admits new patients by reviewing records and applications; conducting orientations.
Manage office flow of patients
Maintain a positive, clean and safe environment for patients

We are looking for an incredible communicator with great social skills, a strong desire to help people obtain better health, some background in sales, marketing and/or enrollment, and a nice smile (a bonus but not a requirement). The position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail. If you do not have attention on your own health, please do not apply as we 'walk what we talk' and want to be leading this wellness revolution by example.

Typical hours are Mon - Thus from 7:45am to 6:00pm, Fri 7:45am to 12pm...with some flexibility. Position will include complete training and apprenticeship to our programs, as well as benefits from working in a wellness office.

Case Manager (MESA)

Integrated Medical practice is looking for a fun energetic outgoing team player that desires to work in an environment to help empower patients to achieve optimal health. Previous medical and or health and wellness training is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Essentially if you are outgoing and love to help others you have found the right place to work. We are looking for someone that not only will promote a healthy lifestyle but also lives one!

We offer an in house Medical Assistant training program where after one year of on the job training you will be able to sit for the MA exam for certification at no cost to you.

Wages are 15-18/hr depending on experience with exceptional weekly bonus based on production.

Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:45-6:00. Friday 8-12. Paid vacations after 6 months and 1 week off paid a year.

In office medical treatment for you and your immediate family at not cost.

Case Manager Job Duties:
Performs basic Medical Assistant duties such as height, weight, blood pressure, digital range of motion tests.
Admits new patients by reviewing records and applications; conducting orientations.
Determines patients' requirements by completing intake interviews; determining need for therapeutic and exercise plans.
Establishes treatment programs by setting schedules and routines; coordinating services being provided; arranging resources.
Monitors cases by verifying patients' attendance; observing and evaluating treatments and responses.
Maintains patients' records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress.
Communicates patients' progress by conducting daily interdisciplinary meetings and evaluations; disseminating results and obstacles to therapeutic team and family; identifying treatment effectiveness..
Prepares weekly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing treatment and results data and compiling statistics.
Discusses and helps patients understand and make and keep financial commitments to the office to ensure they can receive care for the duration of the recommended care.

You must also be willing to receive paid training once a quarter and initial training in Denver or Tampa Florida.
