Just make extra dinner.

Cook double the protein.
Add an extra cup of rice or potatoes.
Throw some extra veggies on the pan.

Now tomorrow’s lunch is already done with zero extra effort.

Simple, realistic habits like this are what actually make consistency possible.

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need a repeatable one.

The easiest way to stick with anything is to make it part of your routine until it becomes a habit.
Go at the same time each day. Make it non-negotiable.

And instead of seeing it as another “task”… start enjoying it.
Your own time. Your own music. Your own space.

Put your headphones on.
Romanticize it a little.
You deserve it.
This is your time.
