What is an RBT’s role in ABA? 🤔
Lauren breaks it down simply:
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works one-on-one with children to help them build important life skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
RBTs follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA and focus on:
✨ Teaching communication and social skills
✨ Reducing challenging behaviors
✨ Reinforcing positive behaviors
✨ Helping children gain independence in daily activities
They’re the ones on the front lines—making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful every single day.
If you’ve ever wondered who is working directly with your child during sessions, it’s your RBT 💙
