I loved to bake since I was a kid and had the nickname "Sarah Lee". As I got older, I used my middle initial often and heard "Sarah B" as a way to refer to me. My middle name is Beatrice. As a kid, that was not something I wanted to share much but I am proud to be named after my grandma and gave me a great business name of SarahBea! SarahBea also fits nicely with our bee logo since our product is proudly made with local honey! SarahBea is my way to produce a healthy snack that is also delicious! My husband and I are working together to create a business that we are proud of. I make the product and he is in charge of packaging. Recently, greeting cards have been added to our products. These are not just any cards. The artwork on them are original created by my father in law. He lost his battle to cancer 4 years ago and left my husband with a legacy of art.
