✨When I learned that the root word of discipline is disciple, everything changed.

✨It stopped being about perfection and became about presence.

✨ I stopped forcing myself to show up and started following the energy that wanted to be expressed through me.

✨Now, after 489 days of teaching daily, I don’t show up because I “should.”

✨ I show up because I’ve become a disciple of the divine rhythm that moves through me.

✨My nervous system feels safe here.
My body trusts me again.

I can’t tell you how many times people have said to me
“I don’t think I could ever do that 😳”

Give up gluten
Meditate every day
Teach every day

And honestly? I get it.
Because I didn’t think I could either.

I started.
I stopped.
I quit on myself.
I made excuses.
I waited until I “felt ready.”

Over and over again.

What actually changed everything wasn’t motivation or discipline.
It was the moment I got tired of my own BS 🙃

I made a decision.
Not a vibe.
Not a someday.
A decision.

I said: I’m not negotiating with myself anymore.

And this is something I say in the video because it matters:
delay is distortion ⚡️

Every time you wait, your mind creates another story.
Another reason.
Another loop.

Consistency isn’t about being special or spiritual or disciplined.
It’s about choosing yourself once and then showing up again and again.

We are all kind of schizophrenic when you really think about it.

We have are soul or essence
We have our ego or personality

These two, often conflicting, aspects of ourselves exist simultaneously inside each of us.

I have found that a consistent meditation practice or even breath practice has me operating far more from essence or soul than from personality.

I will continue to say, this simple practice is the foundation for ANYTHING you want to create in this life.

We start a new meditation Sunday which will be more like a coronation. This is a time to crown yourself as ruler of your reality and in co-creation with the Almighty.

🩵The Throat Chakra and the Physical Body are both guided by the element of ether. Ether, in the spiritual context, is the invisible force that connects all things and transcends physical limitation. It is the bridge between the seen and unseen, the vibration that carries thought into form and sound into matter.

🩵The Physical Body gives you the strength to sacrifice, to make something sacred. It allows you to express truth through action: to move, to create, and to form the vibration of your words. The throat expresses the will of the soul, while the body gives it form. Together, they align what you say, feel, and do into one coherent expression of truth.

🩵The 5th chakra and 5th body are intertwined. When the throat is blocked by jealousy or judgment it can have a negative impact on your physical body. Your throat is a major command center for your physical body so it is important to let go of jealousy and judgment.

🩵How do you know you are jealous? You are judging. Drop it like a hot potato 🥔

Unpopular opinion: Stop trying to help everyone.
Yeah, I know, I sound like a bit of a do**he saying that 😂 but hear me out…

When we rush in to fix, save, or advise (especially when no one asked) we can actually disempower people.
We rob them of the exact contrast their soul chose to grow through.

Helping isn’t bad. But helping without invitation? That’s often ego dressed up as service.

You don’t shift the world by saving others.
You shift the world by remembering who the f*ck you are.

Your presence is the permission slip.
Your alignment is the activation.
Your embodiment is the ripple.

Every time I meditate with my community, I feel it 💥that wave. The frequency.
Not from preaching or “fixing” anyone… but from BEING it.

🌀 You’re the change. Let me say that again. You’re the change; not the coach for everyone else’s timeline.

When this Throat Chakra becomes distorted, truth becomes clouded by jealousy and judgment. We may compare our path to others, measure our worth against what we see, or speak from a need to prove rather than to serve. The voice loses its purity when it echoes insecurity, and the body carries the weight of that dissonance through tension and fatigue.

Harmony returns when we remember that every being is an expression of the same divine source. As jealousy dissolves into admiration and judgment transforms into understanding, our words become clear and our actions align with love.
