Some hearts are not broken.

They are simply overwhelmed.

The Heart Chakra is the bridge between your lower survival centers and your higher awareness. It governs compassion, yes. But more importantly, it governs integration.

An open heart without a regulated system becomes fragile.
You begin carrying what was never yours.
You confuse empathy with self-abandonment.
Care starts to cost you.

This is where the Neutral Mind matters.

The Meditative Mind stabilizes the heart.

When the heart is supported by inner stillness, love becomes spacious instead of draining.
Connection deepens without depletion.
You remain open and centered at the same time.

This is heart coherence.
This is true compassion.

If your heart has been heavy, it may not need to close.
It may need support and spaciousness.

Anxiety is the real silent epidemic, and not because people are weak or incapable. It is because the protective mind is running unchecked.

What we often call anxiety is a distortion in the solar plexus, the center of personal power and identity. In the yogic framework, the negative mind scans for threat and evaluates risk. It is protective by design. It keeps you safe.

The imbalance happens when that protective function becomes dominant and unobserved. Every thought feels urgent. Every sensation feels like evidence of danger. The body tightens. The personality begins narrating worst case scenarios, and we forget that we are the one aware of the thoughts.

The first step is recognition. You notice the thought. You name it. You realize, this is my protective pattern speaking. This is my personality reacting.

In that moment, you shift from being inside the anxiety to observing it. Your deeper essence comes online. The steady awareness behind the reaction. This is the neutral mind strengthening.

Anxiety begins to lose power when you stop identifying with it and start witnessing it. That capacity is trainable.

Your mind (Projective Mind) starts to project worse case scenarios and that is what we call anxiety.

My challenge for you is next time you catch yourself mind looping towards the negative, go in the other direction for a few. Make it crazy good. Imagine you won the lottery, or someone came by and said here are the keys to your dream house. Make it ridiculous!

I had been feeling like something was just “off with western tropical astrology and Human Design for a while but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Then one day I saw an IG post with talking to and everything clicked. I immediately watched the whole interview on ‘s YouTube channel and I was like “I knew it!”
So then I signed up for inner circle to learn more. She is an amazing teacher and makes learning quite enjoyable.

Once I did my True Sideral natal chart , I was blown away! It’s so accurate. Now I’ve done so many people’s charts to compare to their western astrology and my mind has been 🤯🤯🤯

So many people tell me they can’t meditate! Sitting in silence is amazing but the monkey mind needs more to keep it occupied. My go to tool to tranquillize a busy mind is Kundalini Yoga meditations.

Anxiety does not mean you are incapable.
It means your system is overloaded.

When the Solar Plexus is dysregulated, even strong women hesitate. Decisions feel heavy. Action feels risky. You question yourself. A lot.

Self trust is not a mindset. It is a regulated body and nervous system.

When your Projective Mind supports your will instead of scattering it, movement becomes clean again. You act. You follow through. You pivot when necessary. You lead.

This is the work.
