Looking a little crazy post workout haha. Had some time to explain a little bit of my pain journey.
Shoulder pain and really any pain is no joke, and is also NOT normal. We are not meant to live in pain.
Taking care of your body is crucial to moving and staying healthy for the long term. I kept putting myself in the back burner. I am now paying for it and playing catch up.
I have been really mad at my body and that isn’t what is going to heal me. What is, is getting movement in, getting regular bodywork, and re-balancing my nervous system.
