Here are a couple of my first cupping victims! (I promise it looks worse than it actually feels).

For those of you who see this post, from now until the end of the year, I will be offering cupping as a FREE add-on to anyone who wants to try it. Just book normally through my website and let me know when you show up that you would like to try cupping.

I do a technique where I drag the cup up and down or side to side (depending on what I'm working on). This helps increase blood circulation to those targeted areas. Just one of the many benefits of cupping! It also does an amazing job of warming up the muscle tissue so I can work those same problem areas even deeper during a session.

Can't wait for you to try it!

Made some much needed changes to my massage room! I Marie Kondo'd most everything since I had it for so long. The majority of stuff I had was from when I was in massage school 12 years ago and even then I most likely bought it used.

I'm beyond grateful that I've been able to work from home and that my business has been successful enough for me to make improvements like this to my space and other things. Hopefully you like the changes too!

5 years of owning and operating my small massage business!

I've had hundreds of people in and out of my home over these last few years and (knock on wood) none of them have been weirdos. 😁

99% of my business is referrals. So thank you all for continuing to support me and for sending me people that you trust.

My favorite part of my job is getting to meet and build relationships with my clients. I have a genuine interest in people and their unique, individual stories. I learn so much from all of you.

Several of my clients have been with me from the very beginning, which is over 10 years now! I've been able to see them through all the ups and downs of life. To be able to offer them a brief escape from the outside world is something I don't take lightly.

It has been an amazing 5 years and I can't wait to see what the next 5 years bring! 🖤

Hello friends. Welcome to my business page.

For the last 6 years I have worked at a neat little studio near downtown Mesa. Since the closing of that business I decided it was time to spread my wings and try making a go of it on my own. In early Spring of 2017, Massage Method was born and I officially began practicing massage therapy out of my home.

It is my delight to offer you professional, quality and affordable massage services. My schedule is always flexible, so don’t hesitate to call or text me for appointment availability if my online schedule is showing otherwise. When it comes to client satisfaction, you are my #1 priority.
