Don’t miss this summer deal! It’s recommended to get an adjustment after a massage if possible as your muscles would be more relaxed. Letting the Chiropractor be able to adjust you better, and do more for you. It isn’t needed but will make a big difference, and more so if your body is very tight or stiff.
