I am sharing a free resource for those that are unemployed due to the pandemic.
Meditation is a very helpful tool that can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. There are a variety of ways to meditate, and is not a one-size-fits-all tool. This resource can help you connect with a style that may be helpful for you.
