Welcome! My name is Lisa Meester and I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner attuned in the Usui Reiki traditions. As founder of Body and Soul Zen, I am dedicated to showing how meditation, Reiki and other holistic healing methods are the key to lasting well-being and health. In addition to being a Reiki master teacher I am also a group meditation facilitator and sound healing practitioner. My intent is to help my clients become aware of their innate ability to heal themselves on a physical and spiritual level and to find the balance and peace necessary to enjoy a joyful, beautiful and inspiring life.
