šŸŒ¹ Marvelous Maiden Class šŸ©ø
This class is intended to be a space for women of all ages. Our vision is to have young girls have examples from older women who have familiarity with their cycles so they are well prepared for the rite of passage that is menarche. We will discuss how to create a rite of passage for a girls ā€œfirst bleedā€, the energetic and physical details of a menstrual cycle and how to track that, hormonal support and herbs that tend to the blood and our wombs. We have planned a fun cosmetic medicine making portion of the class along with a sound bath to close the space. Motherā€™s, sisters, daughters all welcome.

This workshop is going to be incredible. Donā€™t miss this chance to learn about herbs and be in community! Learning about medicinal plants in a classroom setting and from textbooks is great but itā€™s even better when youā€™re with the living plants in person! This workshop is for plant lovers of all stages whether youā€™re a seasoned herbalist or just starting out. It will be deeply educational and fun!

Our Plant Walk on Sunday 3/15 has been moved to CACTUS WREN TRAIL. We will begin at 10am at the info board at the start of the trail. Please bring water, a snack and appropriate shoes as there are plenty cacti friends on the trail. There is free parking and incredible views!
