✨ NEW COMMUNITY OFFERING ✨

We’re so excited to introduce our weekly stroller walk!

Starting this Wednesday, immediately following our Root & Rise Postpartum Circle, we’ll gather at 11:15am to move our bodies gently, get fresh air, and stay connected together.

🌿 All are welcome, open to the community
👶 Kids of any age welcome as long as they’re happy in a stroller
📍 Meet in front of Root & Rise Collective and we will walk Greenfield Park right across the canal
🤍 Led by Stacey, an amazing Aurora mama
🗓 Every Wednesday at 11:15am-12:15pm

This is not about pace, fitness, or “getting your body back.” It’s about being held in community, moving to regulate your nervous system, and remembering you don’t have to parent alone.

Come for the circle, stay for the walk, or just meet us for the walk!

You are welcome exactly as you are.
