Thank you to every family who trusted us with their care, it is truly an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you.

This year was full of team trainings, retreats, celebrations, classes, and so much growth.
We also had the joy of celebrating our newest midwife, Stephanie, as she became a licensed midwife and officially joined our team as a midwife 🎉

So much gratitude, so many memories.

“Babies are not delivered. Women birth them.” 👊🏼

My role is never to take over, only to support, protect, and honor the power already there.

Quiz time!

After birth, many moms feel exhausted, foggy, emotional, or just not like themselves and it’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. One of the biggest reasons?

Nutrient depletion. 👎🏼

Which nutrient is most commonly depleted postpartum?
D) All of the above.

✨ Iron
Blood loss during birth can significantly lower iron levels, contributing to fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, and low energy.

✨ Omega-3s (especially DHA)
These are transferred to baby during pregnancy and breastfeeding and are essential for brain health, mood regulation, and inflammation control. Low omega-3s are linked to mood changes and postpartum blues.

✨ Magnesium
Magnesium supports nervous system regulation, sleep, muscle recovery, and stress response. Low levels can show up as anxiety, poor sleep, irritability, headaches, or muscle tension.

Your body has done something incredible and it deserves deep nourishment, not pressure to “bounce back.”

Postpartum healing requires replenishment through:
• Nourishing, mineral-rich foods
• Targeted supplementation when needed
• Rest + nervous system support
• Community and hands-on support

Our open house was a reminder of why we do this work.
Birth is personal, but it was never meant to be lonely. Connection is medicine. Community heals.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared space, and helped make this village real.

Postpartum nutrient depletion is real, and it affects so many more moms than we realize.

Pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding place a huge demand on the body. Moms are constantly giving… their nutrients, their energy, their sleep, their whole selves. And if we’re not intentional about replenishing what’s been lost, it can lead to what many experience as postpartum depletion.

This can look like:
✨ Low energy or exhaustion
✨ Mood changes or feeling “off”
✨ Hair shedding
✨ Brain fog and trouble focusing
✨ Slower healing
✨ Increased anxiety or overwhelm
✨ Feeling like “this doesn’t feel like me”

None of this means anything is wrong with you, it’s often your body asking for support.

Common nutrients that tend to run low postpartum:
• Iron
• B vitamins (especially B12 + folate)
• Omega-3s (DHA, so important for brain + mood)
• Minerals like magnesium + zinc
• Vitamin D
• Protein (so many moms aren’t getting enough!)

Postpartum shouldn’t feel like constant survival mode, we want you to thrive postpartum!
