Job Club at RISE Missouri is a supportive, hands-on program designed to help individuals build confidence, skills, and momentum in their job search. Participants receive guidance on resumes, applications, interviewing, and workplace readiness, while also benefiting from peer support and shared accountability. Job Club provides a safe, encouraging space to set goals, practice new skills, and celebrate progress while helping members move forward toward meaningful employment and long-term success.

RISE Arizona Residentail is so excited to recognize George (Geo) Garay III. Geo consistently lives out the RISE mission in his daily work and interactions. He is always willing to step in and support the team when needed, and he actively engages with members in meaningful and positive ways. Geo brings great energy to every activity and is always looking for creative ways to enhance experiences and create opportunities.

He demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow in the field by fully participating in trainings and seeking out opportunities to volunteer. His dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating opportunities for and with people are evident every day. We are truly grateful for the passion and heart Geo brings to the RISE mission.

Rising Stars kids learned all about stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and bandages during Doctor’s week. They read The Berenstain Bears Hospital Friends and even had a visit from local doctors and nurses!
