Just like how we’re directed to put an oxygen mask on ourselves before even helping a child with theirs on a flight in case of an emergency, we have to take care of and heal our own nervous system before we can really help those we love most. Healing and taking care of ourselves equips us to reduce potentially harming those closest to us, and increases our ability to give them the love and care they need. It starts with you! 🥰
