Many families feel unsure about what happens during a funeral arrangement meeting.

It begins with a conversation. We listen first. We answer questions. We explain options clearly and move at your pace.

Not every decision has to be made all at once. We guide you step by step so nothing feels overwhelming.

You’re not expected to know everything. That’s why we’re here.

We take pride in providing a peaceful and respectful resting place for loved ones at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery.

As part of our continued efforts to maintain the beauty and serenity of our grounds, we will be conducting a Cemetery Cleanup Day on February 24, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To help us prepare, we kindly ask that all families remove any items they wish to keep prior to the cleanup date, including:

Flowers
Decorations
Personal mementos

We understand these items hold special meaning, and we encourage you to take time to gather them in advance.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep the cemetery clean, well-maintained, and peaceful for everyone who visits.

Valentine’s Day is meant to celebrate love, but after loss, it can feel like a reminder of what’s missing.

If today feels heavy, you don’t need to explain it.
If you feel nothing at all, that’s okay too.

Grief looks different for everyone.
And love continues, even when someone is no longer here.

Valentine’s Day can feel different after loss.

You may feel sadness, anger, numbness, or even nothing at all. And whatever you feel is valid. There’s no right way to move through a day that reminds you of someone you love.

Love doesn’t end.
It continues, even when someone is missing.
