Side these side pull downs with 4 plates for 2 each, never done 4 plates before so thanks for my friend David Montenegro who helped film me for those few tops sets (but he missed my first rep on the left so I tried to redo it and couldn't get 2 the next time... Oh well! Next time. Hit a max on the triceps press Egym machine which put me in 3rd on the leader board and is a personal best for me.

Got some back work, over head triceps all shown. Also some unilateral reverse pec deck for rear delts, set of DB shrugs with 100s x 15 and a cable biceps curl (Bayesian) 37.5 x 8. Less than 40 minutes and feel good. Kept my rows high to get a bit more upper back tonight.
