I'm SO delighted to be leading a series of accessible yoga experience in person.
Teaching/sharing the practices have transformed how I see the world and navigate life day-to-day is a source of *energy and great joy.*
We start with Water element (Jala) using postures (asana) and Pranayama (conscious, embodiment of energy that many people call "breathwork") to create ease and allow space for harmony and creativity.
Each class, we explore and experience the five elements to contextualize our day-to-day experiences.
