I'm SO delighted to be leading a series of accessible yoga experience in person.

Teaching/sharing the practices have transformed how I see the world and navigate life day-to-day is a source of *energy and great joy.*

We start with Water element (Jala) using postures (asana) and Pranayama (conscious, embodiment of energy that many people call "breathwork") to create ease and allow space for harmony and creativity.

This is the inspiration behind 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 — a four-week yoga series that builds awareness and lived experience, so you can choose what you need in the moment.

Teaching is one of the great gifts of my life.

At my last workshop, the reminder of that gift was palpable in me, and in the room.
I aim to be the most effective and suitable conduit for the teachings of yoga - and in this case, from the Rishiculture Gitananda Ashtanga yoga tradition, and share from the heart.

The workshop was received with such warmth and presence that attendees asked me to teach again.

Dawn Browning, Ph.D., RYT-500 is an ecologist, yoga professional, essential oil educator, wife, sister, friend, and devoted dog mother. Her studies span rattlesnakes, desert-adapted plants, yoga, and meditation. She first experienced the myriad benefits of yoga as a graduate student in 2002 and yoga has been a part of her life ever since. She loves her science and balances her analytical tendencies with the creative expression and power that yoga provides. Dawn leads yoga to provide students with an opportunity to more fully occupy their bodies, envision peace in their lives, gain experience with tools and techniques to reduce stress and achieve self-awareness. Dawn’s regular teaching schedule (as of 1/22/2019) includes Yogahour+meditate (1-2:15 Sundays) at Dwell Yoga in downtown Las Cruces, NM.
