🌸 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🌸

At Grace and Joy Medical, we stand with millions of women and families in the fight against breast cancer. Early detection is crucial, and knowledge is power! This month, let's raise awareness, support those affected, and encourage routine screenings.

Here are a few key things you should know:
💗 Self-exams: Regular self-examinations help you become familiar with your breasts, so you can detect changes early.
💗 Mammograms: For women aged 40 and above, annual mammograms are the best way to detect breast cancer early. Talk to your doctor about when to start and how often you should get one.
💗 Know the Signs: While lumps are the most well-known sign, other changes such as swelling, skin irritation, ni**le changes, or pain can also indicate an issue. Don’t ignore these symptoms.
