Like positive, there’s also negatives I didn’t mention on the video but I always make sure you know or are aware of them if you’re shopping in person. Creatine can be taken in any phase of your Journey (bulking/ cutting) BUT before you kill me, creatine will make you absorb/retain water hence making the scale not move the right direction and making it seem as if YOURE not losing weight .
