Jennie Alexis Flores 🥳🤩

Jennie joined our team in May of 2021, and has touched many hearts in such a short time. She is as sweet as she looks, and an even smarter, hard-working woman!

Over the past month, especially, Jennie has delivered 181.75 hours of service to a total of 6 clients (permanent and fill-in assignments).

Typically limited to Quinlan area clients, Ms. Flores stepped out to touch hearts from Royse City to Rockwall, and Greenville back to Quinlan. Jennie has consistently shown what it means to be a Difference Maker.

*** PAY $8.11-9.00*** This is a Medicaid funded program for the elderly and disabled and offers it's own unique perks such as flexibility, unskilled with no experience required, helping clients remain in their home versus a nursing facility, growing relationships with the client & their families.

**Overview** We are looking for a passionate individual who is interested in improving the lives of others. As a Home Care Attendant, you will assist in the daily care of seniors/disabled members of our own communities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
meal preparation
light housekeeping
escorting to appointments
laundry
shopping
personal hygiene
companion care
You will be expected to communicate with the office and family members of clients on a regular basis to ensure quality of care. We schedule our employees with days & hours that work with their schedule. We find the ideal personality placement for each employee, the goal being to increase the overall day to day satisfaction of our staff and clients, too. Ability to grow within company, training opportunities, and referral bonuses (for attendants)

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have Reliable Transportation
High school Diploma or equivalent

COVID-19 considerations: PPE Provided. Daily staff/client screening for symptoms required to be documented through our mobile application.

AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENTS

Garland: 11.5hrs/3days for female client (smoking in home) with no personal care but shopping is required

Rockwall: (1) 23hrs/5days for female client (smoke, pet free) (2) 17.5hrs/4days for female client (2 tame cats) requiring no personal care but shopping is required (3) 18hrs/7days for female client who's bedbound (smoke, pet free) (4) 28.5hrs/5days for female client who's wheelchair bound (pets in home) and has a wonderful family environment for the attendant to become a part of (5) 6hrs/2days for female client (one service dog) with no personal care but shopping is required

Royse City: 13hrs/3days for elderly female client with personal care (smoke, pet free) and ideally an older attendant who can become a companion to her while they are providing care (client has difficulty opening up)

Greenville: 13.5hrs/5days for female client with no personal care (one small dog in home)

Grand Prairie: 24.5hrs/5days for female client with personal care (pet, smoke free)
