St. Anthony Community Care Center St Anthony has served the elderly, disabled and those in need of temporary rehab services in the Gre St. Although located in Metairie, St.

Anthony Community Care Center, became a member of the Louisiana-based, non-profit, CommCare family on December 1, 2021. The skilled nursing and rehabilitation center provides short term nursing care and rehabilitation recovering form illnesses and conditions like stroke, cardiac events, pnemonia or falls, as well as long term care for those with chronic conditions. Anthony has a small-town feel created by the relationships formed between staff and residents. We invite visitors and volunteers to stop by!

Our Story

St Anthony’s has served the elderly, disabled, and those in need of temporary rehab services in the Greater New Orleans area since 1977. This family owned and ran healthcare center is held in high esteem, which can be attributed to the dedicated, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Our greatest priorities have been the health, happiness, comfort and security of our residents.

Knowing how traumatic the placement of your loved one is and how emotional it can be; to help alleviate this one of our staff members are assessable 24 hours a day .We want you to feel reassured your loved one is "in good hands".

We encourage you to come by and visit our facility and acquaint yourself with our facility. Any information needed you may email us or call and ask to speak to our admissions coordinator.
