Filler longevity is influenced more by your individual metabolism than how much you move your lips. Factors like basal metabolic rate, activity level, and how your body processes hyaluronic acid tend to play a larger role.

Here are 3 tips we give patients who are serious about getting it under control:

1️⃣ Use a tinted sunscreen every day INCLUDING INSIDE!
Look for tint or iron oxides. For many patients with hyperpigmentation, visible light can be a trigger, not just UV exposure. Treat it like brushing your teeth. Apply it first thing in the morning, every day.
